how do I edit my profile?

When I try to enter new email address, the system sends a confirmation to the old address----but I can't access that old address so how can I possibly update the info?

To fix this issue, first confirm the new address. Select the new email address and click on confirm. An email will be sent to the new one.
Once you confirm the new one, then make it the primary. That should fix the circle I think you're in.
