Not Receiving New Email Confirmation

I am trying to add a new email address to my account, but I never receive the email confirmation. I've tried 3 times with 3 addresses over a couple of weeks and none of the emails ever received a confirmation from PayPal. Please help!

Check to see if the email accounts are blocking PayPal email messages.
