Made an account and after entering all my info, got a notification stating that my credit card was already assigned to another account. I hadn't realized I used paypal almost a year ago for a purchase, now the problem is that I can not retrieve my prior account. I tried doing the help with login, forgot password but that is no help. Anyone know what to do??? Thanx
Call paypal, give them the card. They can look the account info up for you after confirming security questions to confirm the ownership of the account.
