This is probably not the correct board for this issue, but I couldn't find one that seemed to fit.
I just got a new laptop and am moving all my finance tracking tools over to it. I set up Quicken 2010 today, connected it to my Paypal account and downloaded my transactions. The problem is that for some reason almost all of my transactions showed up in the Payments column on Quicken, though the majority of them are actually Deposits.
To make fixing things more complicated, it appears to have taken my current Paypal balance (though it's off by one '$15 minus paypal fee = $14.26' transaction) and worked backwards so the Opening Balance is way off. I would really rather not have to enter the history manually!
Anyone run into this previously or have any ideas on how to fix it?
Thanks!

I am having the same issue, although it was working fine for a year. This is a new issue in the last few weeks. Quicken seems to be pointing the finger at Paypal. My guess is PP will point the finger at Quicken.
Here is Quicken's answer (though I don't understand it all).
