I wish to lower the amount that can be used in My Account, both the total limit and the monthly limit.
I have been unable to find any link in My Account and the answer on the forum only spoke about about reducing it to zero. The person answering a previous poster did not understand the question.
I do not want to reduce it to zero, but I do want to reduce it to a lower level of my choice as I do not need exposure to the current amount.
How do I reduce the total and monthly limits on my Paypal account?
