FACEBOOK over charging me!

I had set up an ad on Facebook when prompted to do so by them.  I place one ad for a total of $10.00  to be spent to  try it out. I just got a invoice from Paypal charging me $25.00 on behave of Facebook!  I am having a heart attack at the moment.  I don't see away to call Paypal or Facebook!  I'm scared they are going to charge me again. I did put in a dispute, but have to wait while in the meantime, I have no idea if I will be charged again!  The only thing I see that I can do is close both my Facebook and Paypal account which I don't want to do. BEWARE... Facebook stores your credit card or Paypal info if you ever use it there, and they do not let you remove it unless you give them another way to charge you.  If you create a business page, they use your personal Facebook page to charge you.  Can someone help me fast? My personal FB account it here: http://www.facebook.com/citybarbershop, but I may be deleateing it in a couple of minutes as well as my paypal account if I can't figure out something fast because I am worried that they will charge me again. I'm going to call my bank and see how to complain as well. Thank you for reading this, and if you can advice me.

To call PayPal click here and click on "Call Us" tab, it will give you a phone number and a temporary PIN.

Sadly though, Facebook doesn't offer Phone support. Going to their Help Center would be good.
