Hello, I tried to add my $25 american express gift card to paypal, but I got the message "We were unable to verify this credit card." However, I looked on the balance of my card just in case, and of course I see a $1 charge. So obviously they were able to verify it.
Now I keep reading this is "temporary", but does this also appy to gift cards? I have a feeling I'm not getting my $1 back.
