Contact name change on business account

The person who set up our business account is not directly associated with our organization.  It appears to be impossible to remove her name from our organization's account or to add another name.  (I have also been unable to add an email address, although this bug was supposedly fixed.) 

 

The name change feature seems designed for individuals, for people who have typos in their names or who have changed their names.  None of the documents required are relevant to our situation. 

 

Is there something she could do to have her name removed or have it changed?  I cannot believe that there is no way to handle this, given that organizations often have turnover and the name of the contact person may not always be the same.
