Cannot change primary e-mail, even though customer support said it was changed.

Ok, this is getting pretty frustrating. I went ot change my primary email (because I changed email and the old one no longer exists). I added a new email address and verified it. It still would not change the primary, even though it stated it did. I called and worked with a customer service rep and they assured me it would work. It did not and now I have repeatedly tried to change it and it wont. I also changed address info and when creating shipping labels, the old address info, as well as old email info, still appears.
I did not get a notice of my last payment received via Paypal either. Probably went to the old email address, which, howver, dod not happen with a few previous transactions in the past week.
GET THE SITE AND SYSTEM WORKING!!!!!

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
