Can't Remove or Edit Telephone Number

I have 3 valid telephone numbers and (1) invalid telephone number.

Home (607)-***-**** - Primary (Valid)

Home (386)-***-**** - (Invalid, unable to  change or remove.)

Work (607)-***-**** - Primary (Valid)

Mobile (607)-***-**** (Valid)

I would like to remove the Invalid Home Number. At one point while trying to do this... I had 3 Primary Numbers. When I try to remove the Invalid Home number... I get a message stating that it was removed... but it's still there. When I try to change it... It doesn't allow me. I'd like to remove it since it's no longer in service.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

DollarsAndSense- I do know that in some cases, depending on your account type, there are some numbers that can't be removed (if you have a business you need a business number) but from the scenario you've presented, I don't know why you wouldn't be able to remove the number.

At this point, I would just call us and we'll see if we can do it from our end. If not, there may be a bug that we need to research, but I'm hopeful we can resolve it for you 🙂
