American Express acceptance

There was an annoncement some time ago for different terms using AmEx, how do I accept these terms so that customers can use AmEx on my web site??? I am using PayPal's Website Payments Standard,

Website Payments Standard customers do not need to accept an updated agreement with American Express - your service is automatically renewed by PayPal
