I am new to paypal and i ordered some products. the company that i ordered from is telling me that they did not get the money yet. it has been removed from bank account. in the history it says it is unclaimed. i am trying to cancel the transaction. i read how to cancel the transaction by going into history and clicking on cancel under the order status/actions but the word cancel does not show up. after reading some more it says that if cancel does not show up in the order status colume that means that the money was claimed. so i guess the question would be, why does it still show unclaimed? the most important question is how do i cancel this transaction?
