i sent someone money but it was put on hold pending shipping clearance. I realized i had made a mistake of sending it as a payment for services. I requested the person to refund it so that i can send it as "Send to friends and family internationally". Unfortunately, now i am stuck because it says it cannot confirm it is me even after uploading my passport. What do i do?
