linked card to an unknown account

when i try to link my card it says it already is linked somewhere else but unfortunately i don't have any ideas where could it be. how am i able to locate on what account my card is linked in order to remove it ^^

You would need contact customer support for that. You might need to upload card statement and ID in order to prove ownership of the card. You could call them and mention the card number and they will be able to find the account. But most likely they would also need proof of you owning the card, a statement and ID.

i dont personally own the card, bank statement and ID wouldn't be a problem
