i cant add money in my paypal account

i have sent 230 euro to my cousin.
the paypal did not pull the money from  my bank account, as it used to do always.
Now i have negative balance -233 euro

i cant add again the bank acount in my Paypal account cause its already added.

i dont have another bank acount

i found one bank account that i assume belongs to paypal. its in deutsche bank.

i ve send the money there but i still have negative balance

i m trying to contact but the dont answer me.

i ve asked them to call me back, cause i cant call them its to expensive for me, theu dont do that either

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
