Hi dear all, I have received a $5000 fund last year in my PayPal account. It caused my account having a limitation. And I can’t draw the fund out into a FNB bank account as the rule required, because I moved out of South Africa 6 years ago, so I neither have a FNB bank account nor can apply a new one there. So this amount has been stuck in my account. Can I request Paypal to send this $5000 back to the sender in the US? Please kindly help.
