how to convert ILS into USD?

I don't know he did this, but my luddite brother mistakenly sent me my birthday money in Israeli Shekls (ILS). Does anyone know how to convert it into US dollars? We both have US PayPal accounts. Thanks.

Click on your paypal wallet and the currency conversion option is in there (fees apply).
