cant move money to my bank on a card thats already been used...

Hi, I have had some cash sent to my pp but cant get it to be sent over to my main card even thought its ben used before, it says it cant do this transaction so updated the info ( didn't have to but worth a try ) and still says it want to send it to my old card?  ay help would be fab as I need this money in my bank 😞 Ta

You can't withdraw funds to a card in the UK.

And if you are talking about a 'refund' then it automatically goes back to the card used to pay in the first place.
