Hi everyone, I live in Hong Kong. When I tried to add my Tap&Go card and my Mastercard Enjoy life prepaid card to Paypal, it said, "Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method." I do not have any other credit or debit card. Can anybody kindly help me solve this issue? Thank you.
