Transfer from PayPal to bank account

Good day all, I transferred money from my PayPal to my bank about two weeks ago but because of the limit I couldn't take past a certain amount so I tried transferring again this week but my new limit wouldn't let me transfer more than $9.00. I would like to know if this is normal and also what I could do to change it?

Because this limit is specific to your account, we would want to take a closer look. To avoid sharing personal information over a public forum I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Service support through either Facebook or Twitter. If you don't have a Facebook or Twitter account, you can always go to the bottom of any PayPal page and click "Help" or "Contact."
