Technical Problems

I'm not able to view my paypal balance and it doesn't matter where I check. I saw some videos on youtube with tutorials however my interface doesn't look anything like theirs. I'm also not able to link my bank account so I'm unable to deposit or withdraw money into my account and I'd like to change my primary currency too, something which I'm also unable to do

You can only send funds for purchases via a linked credit card in your country.

You can't add / withdraw or receive funds or add a bank account.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
