Revolut...transferwise...anything?!

After 5 ignored emails to paypal support I thought I'd ask here - last time I phoned it cost me 83 euros to be put on hold for a couple of hours so not going that route again.
I have a business account in Malta. I travel a lot. I have added, linked, and verified a physical revolut mastercard but not in withdrawal options. I cannot add any Revolut IBAN and it doesn't even give me the courtesy of letting me know if it's an error or not as I just get 'Try again later' (have done for weeks). I cannot add a transferwise IBAN (same thing). Is there ANY way of withdrawing money to ANYTHING not based in Malta? I must admit this has become a major problem and if I can find an alternative to paypal, I will if this can't be sorted. If anyone has suggestions please let me know.
Thanks.

Malta PayPal can only withdraw to card or US bank account. Try a Visa card. Or a card that is not from an "online" based bank/entity.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Malta is not in US - it's in Europe. We don't have US bank accounts. Revolut visas can't be added - always 'invalid billing address'. It was only the (paid for) physical mastercard that I could even link.

I understand that Malta is not US. But since PayPal is US company they allow US banks to be added no other banks for any other country for it's US users that are based overseas as a convenience that's is why you see a bank option but it is not for foreign banks!
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Sorry just noticed the second part of your post. So it seems paypal is not really much use to anyone who travels outside of US and UK. Thanks anyway I'll have to look round.
