Hi ,
I have 2 cards on my Paypal account. I want to withdraw funds on one of my cards but I can't, I receive this message : "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later."
If I want to withdraw on my other card I can do it.
Why is this happening?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
