Problem with Paypal.

When i try to withdraw funds, It says it can't confirm that it's me. What should I do?

1. Is the name on your bank account exactly the same as the name on your paypal account?

2. Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
