Problem with Linking Bank to Paypal

So when i opened my paypal account i tried to times to link my bank to paypal, they've sent me 2 times transaction, but sadly the 4 digit number that they've sent me was not accepted. Now months later i removed the bank since its not accepting my code and tried to link it again. A button with a send confirmation transaction appeared and when i click it it say's - Sorry we cannot do that at the moment (Or something like that) And the bank stayis in a "Checking" mode. I need to link it since i almost reached my send money limit of 2,500 EUR and they require it. However i cannot contact anyone in their support center, they don't even accept my calls... What should i do to solve this issue ?

Please someone help me... i tried to contact the support plenty of times calling the phone number and tried to messege them in the platform there is never buiseness time. Always says that i need to write them when are buiseness days ? WTF ?

Tried to speak with someone in facebook and he pointed me to paypal contacts lol.. Please ?

Welcome to the PayPal Community. When a bank says "Checking" next to it, it is in reference to the type of bank account it is - either "Checking" or "Savings". If you need to confirm your bank, here's a great Help Center article: How do I confirm my bank account?
