Payment pending ....payment will be released after tracking information entered

Is this normal? Why am I being forced to post the item before it has cleared? Couldn’t the buyer just cancel the payment and i’ve already sent the goods?

SOUNDS LIKE THIS SCAM IF THE FUNDS ARE NOT SHOWING AS PENDING IN YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT BALANCE.

If they are in your balance then confirm.

The payment is showing in my PayPal, but as pending not cleared. Is this normal? It is not an unsolicited email, the sale was through a private Facebook group where I can see the persons buying/selling history. But I just find it strange PayPal are asking me to provide tracking info before they release the payment. As mentioned, I can see the money sitting as pending in my account. Any advice appreciated

Wish you had said it was pending in your paypal balance first, in which case its the new seller hold as per link below.
