I received a payment for an order and have been selling for well over a year. I have 100% positive feedback yet payment is on hold.
Here is my problem, I do not mind the holding of funds but I have no money and they wont let me purchase the shipping for the order without money yet buyer paid. I cant contact PayPal. Try message and got a reply that message is not available at this time twice. Tried calling and was given the option to talk to someone meanwhile automated assistant not helping at all and then hanging up on me.
I just want to fulfill this order. Thank You
