I linked a debit card to my PayPal. This morning I tried to move money over. It rejected the action twice. I had a zero balance in the debit card. I went and rectified this, made a deposit into the card. Tried the movement of money again but was rejected altogether. Now I'm not able to even select the card as a method to pay a friend. It only shows the PayPal balance option. Please help me:(( Sean <removed>
