Why my payments are on hold. I have done manual shipments still they are asking me tracking ID And after that they ask me pictures of tracking ids It's a new account but why paypal is taking 21 days to deliver it. I have been using another online payment gateways but they are not regualting you business like this. If you don't have tracking code paypal don't transfer you money
