I have a PayPal cash card (debit) in the United States. I have used my card several times and never had any problems when I first received it. I had not used it for a few months, as it’s not my go to card. I recently had some money sent to my PayPal and tried to use my card at 2 different retailers, one being Walmart. I used the chip, I swiped the card, I even put the numbers in manually. Both times, it was declined. There was plenty of money to cover the transaction, the card has not expired and I do not owe PayPal anything. Would anyone have any ideas as to why I can not use the card or MY money? TIA
