In my eBay seller account, I refunded a seller via my PayPal. I was then in a minus. But, the transaction I had just made was not showing up in my PayPal account. It just said I was in a minus. I then transferred the money to my PayPal account and my balance is 0. How Can I be in a minus if the transaction is not showing?
