PAYMENT ON HOLD

I got a refund from a seller in China,but my refund is on hold. Seller doent have a confirmed order or received order because status already complete but in my end i dont have option but to wait 21 days. Anyone can help me,please?

The seller could not have used the 'refund' option.

They must have used the 'send money' option and so paypal saw it as a goods/services payment and imposed the new seller hold.

You may need to wait up to 21 days BUT try marking the transaction as processed or shipped and the sender 'may' have the confirm receipt option, if so then the funds may be released more quickly.
