Can you guys please help me. I am not able to add card in my new account.
I delete the card from the old paypal account. But still not able to add.
It is showing Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method.
Please help me what should I do.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
