No Information From Seller

Hi! I bought a pair of shoes a couple of days ago, the seller has taken the money but i have not gotten a receipt, info about shipping, i have contacted them by email, and ive tried to make a dispute. Ive sent two emails one of asking for info about the shoes and the next asking for a refund. In the dispute from paypal i couldnt complete it because i didnt cancel the purchase, as i cant. What should i do? TLDR seller gave no info, what should i do
