My money on hold

I am very disappointed with PayPal with the way they handle their users money. With the amount of complains from users one will know that PayPal is failing in this aspect. With improved technologies, other merchants are providing a better user experience for their users. Imagine I receive money from a VERIFIED user, the money was put on hold. I went through the whole process, over two weeks after the money is still been held. No way to contact PayPal, no support email, no phone number. Even the person who sent the money has tried to contact them, no way. The one they provide is a JOKE. I am very disappointed with PayPal services. PayPal better wake up because there are better services out there.
