My PayPal cash to PayPal debit

I am trying to figure out how to take the money from my PayPal cash account and add it to my PayPal debit card! #Help

Click Transfer Money under the balance.

Click Transfer to my bank.

Enter amount to transfer.

Click PayPal Cash in the FROM menu.

Click Debit Card in the To menu.

Should be self-explanatory from here on out.
