Dear reader, I am having a problem I just transfer 25 euros from my bank to my PayPal account before 3 days and I haven't received my money yet I contact with my bank and they said that it was all okey without any problem and the problem that I haven't received my money yet is from PayPal and I need the money as soon as possible but PayPal for some reason does not give them yet
