Hey guys I have a problem with adding my card to my new business account from the old personal account that I deleted, I double checked the old account its deleted, Any SOLUTION ? ASAP !!!!

Did you remove the card before closing the account? If not then you would have to ask customer services to remove it for you.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
