Link a bank account

Hi Good day,

 

I'm Vanjunn and new on this link a bank account. Here goes.

 

I was able to link my debit account but I cannot find any button that says 'confirm my account', it just simply stated 'Type Checking' when I go 'wallet'. Am I doing it wrong?

 

Appreciate any help.

Hi @vanjunn,

 

Thank you for your post! Have you received the two small deposits for confirming your bank account yet? These should show in your bank account's online banking within a few days of adding a bank account to your Wallet. If you have, then you can follow these steps to confirm your bank account. 

 

If you follow those steps and do not see a place to enter the information or you have not received the two small deposits, please contact customer service for assistance confirming your bank account.

 

To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.

 

If using one of the written contact methods, please do not give your bank account number over email or social media.
