I want my money in another account

I am a new freelancer on Fiverr. Some days ago I have withdrawn my money in Paypal. But I have no business and also I have no personal document. I just accidentally send money here.

Now I want to transfer that money to my uncle's account. How can I do that? when I go to send money. it shows I cant. because I haven't submitted my documents. I have no document. I am a teenager.

I need that money. What can I do? Please help...

If you are over 18 then submit what paypal have requested, if you are under 18 then you can't use a paypal account.
