I have a PayPal business account for my very small LLC that is a side-gig that I barely do anything with; like next to nothing. Someone typed in an email address wrong or something, and sent me a $15,600 payment, which I immediately refunded. BUT...it says the refund is going to come from my BANK ACCOUNT and not my BALANCE, which I don't have anywhere near $15,600 in my bank account, and even though I have no limits on my account for transfer, etc, it WILL NOT let me transfer the money from my balance to my bank account and it doesn't give me a reason, it just says "DENIED". I am freaking out.
