I want to link my euro nominated Transfer Wise Master Card but your system does not allow me to do so. Why don't you allow me to link it? I have already linked to my account 1 Hungarian Debit Card, one American Debit Card, and one American Credit Card. Why don't you allow me to link this Debit Card? This one is a multicurrency account but my main account is euros

However normally whilst you can link some international cards they may well not work properly as paypal is country specific and you should add cards from within that country.

I dont get why I cannot add it. I know that bank accounts should be from only the country youre registered in but that for the case of debit or credit cards you can have cards from several countries. I have cards from Hungary and the USA. Why cant I have from Germany now? I sent an email to customer service. Is that what you mean? They said they normally take 24 hours to reply
Yes they do. But that's not the problem because the US credit card has a different billing address and anyways Paypal accepted them. What I think is happening is the fact that I don't have any balance in my transferwise euro account. Do you know if you can link a debit card with no balance in its associated bank account? Because I think they cannot make the small charge to my debot card then, right?
