Recently I've freeze my Visa card that was linked to this PayPal account. Now I have some cash remaining here on my PayPal balance and need to transfer it to my Visa card in order to make a new PayPal and a new visa. how can I transfer? please help. I'm not even allowed to send money to anyone. any help will be great. Thank you.
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
