Withdrew funds from bank account too paypal account it said it will be in on the 4th sep which is today withdrew the funds at 5 o’clock it’s now 7

You might have run into the end of the banking business day. A lot of banks if a transaction is processed after 5:00pm it will not actually go through until the following business day. Hope this helps.
