I tried to withdraw my money from paypal last 13th of November 2020, going to my Philippine Bank Account and got a successful activity notice saying that my money will be arriving on the 17th of November 2020. However, I got another activity report saying that my transfer was denied. Can someone please shed some light on this? I'm worried my money won't be arriving and I just usually get my money after 24 hours from the time of the withdrawal request.
