Completed Payment Not Reflecting on Balance

I usually receive my payments instantly in my Paypal balance. Today however, I completed an authorized payment and it is still not reflecting on my balance. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? I authorized and completed the payment around 45 minutes ago and it is still not in "My Money" or added to my balance. I checked the Activity page, and it says that the transactions were completed. Is there a system issue happening?
