Hi, I'm new to paypal and I'm just wondering why my bank account type seems to be 'checking' when I linked it to my paypal account. I don't know if I have to wait for something or I just need to configure something else because it seems I cant confirm my newly linked bank account.

Bank accounts have "types" meaning, "Checking" or "Savings" accounts.
When you link a bank account, you'll need to enter 2 small amounts that PayPal put into your bank account so review your account for those deposits. It may take a few days to a week for the deposits to appear in your bank account.
