He writes paypal that my card is linked to another account, but I don't know which one he should still be deleted.

You are only allowed a maximum of 2 paypal accounts and only then if one is personal and the other is business.

So your best bet is to contact customer services to help locate and close the other account and see if they can remove the linked card for you.
