I've received money from a private sale I have done online. I can see it within my account. The buyer is coming to pick up the item tonight, so no postage is required, but I can't transfer the money into my wallet and then into my bank balance. I don't know why? Can someone advise me how I can pull this money into my wallet without having to charge postage as there is none to pay?
