Can't make transaction to tubebuddy account from Paypal (India)

Hey guys, 

I am from India, since many days I am trying to subscribe to the pro feature of Tubebuddy and pay it through Paypal but it is showing transaction declined from bank and it is not processing.

Are any of you facing the same problem?

How can i resolve it?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
